The useiwamode configuration parameter is located in the PI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS configuration file:

OSIsoft.PIGeoServices.SelfHost.exe.config,

which is found in:

%ProgramFiles%\OSIsoft\Integrators\Esri ArcGIS

The parameter is read one time when the Integrator Windows service is started; to change this parameter you must stop the service, edit and save the configuration file, then restart the service. By default, the parameter is set to 0.
