Create the custom connector

The following steps must be performed one time for each GeoEvent Server in your configuration.

1. Log in to your GeoEvent Manager.

2. Click the Site tab.

3. Click the Connectors menu item.

4. Click the Create Connector button.

   The Creating New Connector screen displays.

5. Enter information into the following fields:

   1. In the Name field, enter a name, such as: http-fjson-no-auth

   2. In the Label field, enter a label, such as: http-fjson-no-auth

   3. In the Description field, enter a description, such as: Feature JSON over HTTP

   4. In the Type field, select the Input radio button.

   5. In the Adapter field, select: JSON.

   6. In the Transport field, select: HTTP.

   7. In the Default Input Name field, enter the name that will be used as default, such as: http-fjson-no-auth-input

6. Accept the remaining default values and click Create.
