Use the widget

The widget opens and becomes active immediately after the configuration is complete (see Configure the widget). You might have to click a feature on your map to show data for that feature.

You can use any of the AVEVA PI Vision built-in features, such as adjusting the time bar, configuring symbols, adjusting the time scale, and changing or deleting symbols.

You can dock the widget by clicking the title area with the mouse and moving the widget on top of one of the preview arrows that display when you move the widget. You can also change the size of the widget.

To modify the widget configuration, select the gear icon in the upper right and select Configure. You can also remove the widget by using the same menu.

You can configure AVEVA PI Vision widgets any time by clicking the Tools icon on the AVEVA PI Vision widget and selecting Configure. Be sure to save your map with the widget by selecting File > Save.
