Update the ArcGIS GeoEvent Server input configuration

If your system has existing GeoEvent Server inputs that are providing data, the configuration must be changed to use the URL of the new integrator instance. You should review every GeoEvent input in the GeoEvent Server manager and modify the root URL with the address of the new PI Integrator instance. When an input has been changed successfully, you should see a green or good state. If not, ensure that you troubleshoot the problem before changing the configuration of any additional GeoEvent Server inputs.

1. Log on to GeoEvent Server Manager.

2. Open the Services page.

3. Click the Inputs tab.

4. Click the input you want to modify.

5. Modify the URL field as necessary to point to the new server

6. Click Save and repeat the previous steps for each GeoEvent input.
