Configure ArcGIS GeoEvent Server endpoint

The ArcGIS GeoEvent Server endpoint is a URL that identifies the location of ArcGIS GeoEvent Server.
Ensure that you have access to a working ArcGIS GeoEvent Server and that you know the URL of the ArcGIS GeoEvent Server.

Using a browser, access the link to PI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS and log in.
If you receive a warning that there is a problem with the website's security certificate, follow the instructions here: Configure certificates.

Select Administration > Systems.
If no ArcGIS GeoEvent servers were defined previously, the following message displays:
If one or more ArcGIS GeoEvent Servers have been defined, they are listed alphabetically on the page.

Click Add ArcGIS GeoEvent Server.
The Add ArcGIS GeoEvent Server window opens.

In the Name field, enter a name for the ArcGIS GeoEvent Server.
You can use any name; however, you should select a name that is easy to remember.

In the Description field, enter a description for the ArcGIS GeoEvent Server.

In the Endpoint field, enter the endpoint URL of the ArcGIS GeoEvent Server.
The URL should have the following format:
https://server:port
For example:
https://my.geoeventserver.int:6143

Click Add.
