  1. Ensure that you are in Edit Operation View mode.

If you are in edit mode, the menu bar will include an option for Widgets.

  2. Edit the Map widget.

The Configure Map window opens. You can now select one or more data sources for your map.

  3. In the Data Sources pane, select the check box beside one or more of the data sources. In the Settings pane, select the Selectable check box for every data source that you have checked.

Only map and feature layers can be selected as widget data sources. To enable map features to be selected, you must check the Selectable check box.

Remember: If you have multiple data sources, you must select the Selectable check box for each one. For example, if you have two data sources and you want both of them to show up in the Operations Dashboard view and automatically respond to select events, then select the first data source and check the Selectable check box, then select the second data source and check the Selectable box.

  4. Click the Capabilities tab, then select the Show pop-up check box to select a Feature Action.

  5. Click OK when finished.

Feature Actions are features or capabilities that are available when you right click a map feature. After clicking OK, the map that you have configured displays, showing the features from your feature service.
