Authentication error in the OMI web client

When opening the web client home page in Chrome, the user may receive an authentication error. This happens if System Platform was not registered with the AVEVA Identity Manager. To correct this:

Open the Configurator.

Under AVEVA System Platform, select Identity Manager Registration.

Select Configure.
After you complete the configuration steps, you should see a green check mark next to Identity Manager Registration in the Configurator tree view.
