Configure a weekly schedule

You can configure a schedule to recur on the selected day(s) of the week, when the scheduled time occurs.

To configure a weekly schedule:

  1. Select the Scheduler tab and then select the Schedules tab.

  2. Right-click at any point on the grid and then click Add.

    The Add Schedule Task dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the Title.

  4. Select the Zone mode.

  5. Select Weekly.

  6. Select the Schedule Time from the drop-down menu.

  7. Select Fix Time.

  8. Select the recurrence days.

  9. Click the + icon to add attributes.

  10. Enter the process system attributes information in the Attributes Definition grid.

    Note: You should enter the complete attribute name.
    Example: Objectname.attributename or Hierarchyname.attributename

  11. Click Save.

    The weekly schedule is successfully configured.

Overriding a weekly schedule

You can override the configured weekly schedule.

To override a weekly schedule:

  1. On the Add Schedule Task dialog box, select the Override check box.

  2. Enter the Attribute.

  3. Select the Criteria from the drop-down menu.

  4. Enter the Value.

  5. Click Save.

    The override condition is configured.

    Runtime: Whenever the schedule time occurs and the configuration is reflected, you can view the schedule in the object viewer.

    Standard override condition: The configured attributes are reflected whenever the schedule time occurs on a weekly basis or whenever the override attribute condition occurs.

    Updating a weekly schedule

    To update a weekly schedule:

    1. Double-click a weekly schedule.

      The Add Schedule Task dialog box appears.

    2. Update the information.

    3. Click Save.

      Deleting a weekly schedule

      To delete a weekly schedule:

      • Right-click a weekly schedule and then click Delete.
