Use this content item to view the total waste or good production by production reason or disposition code for a single asset.

Horizontal column chart that shows asset information

Configure the following properties for this content item:

  • In the Basic tab:

    • Follow asset context - When this is enabled:

    • Asset - Select the asset to display in this content item. To show data, OEE calculations must be enabled for the selected asset and there must be at least one production disposition reason defined in the efficiency model.

You can search for assets by name, by filter, or both.

      • To search by asset name, enter a value in the Asset field.

      • To apply filters, select the Asset field, then select Filter iconto view and select filters. Select Back icon to accept your selected filters and return to the previous search panel.

      • Select an asset from the search results to add it.

  • In the Advanced tab:

    • Title - The title that displays for this content item. This property is only available in grid visualizations; content items do not display titles in canvas visualizations or experiences.

    • Disposition Reasons - The disposition reason category to include in the chart.

Note: The production color matches the material state color defined in the MES configuration.

    • Chart Orientation - Set the bar to either horizontal (default) or vertical orientation.

In a vertical orientation, the y-axis dynamically displays the count, while the x-axis shows the production disposition reasons.

    • Number of Top Reasons - The maximum number of disposition reasons to include in the chart, sorted by the most occurrences.

    • Include all products - Toggle the inclusion of by-products in the main product's value calculation based on the selected disposition reason.

Unit of measure (UoM)

The UoM shown on the chart is based on the asset-level UoM. If there is a different UoM on the queried data and a UoM conversion definition that applies exists, it is converted to match the asset-level UoM. If there is no relevant conversion definition, no conversion occurs. If an asset-level UoM is not available, then no conversion occurs, and the UoM is not shown on the chart.

View material produced details

You can view the material produced event data in a grid.

  • In the Production summary chart, select the View Grid View Grid icon icon above the chart on the left. The grid displays the material produced event data for the selected asset and time period.

You can use all supported grid features, such as exporting, filtering, and grouping, except for auto-refresh. For more details, see Grid .

Note: If you are using a Canvas visualization type, it does not support the View Grid option.
