Interact with Document Viewer

This content item displays documents. The documents may be associated with a tag or asset.

• If you access a document directly from search results, the content item is expanded by default. Select Full screen to resize the viewer and view the summary page for the document.

• If you are accessing the viewer from a tag associated with two or more documents, you can select Toggle List in the document viewer toolbar to view and select from other documents.

• To view document details, including attributes, relationships, and contents, select Details in the document viewer toolbar.

  • You can also select a tag within the document to view additional details for that tag.

  • If a document contains multiple renditions, the Info & files tab lists each rendition. A Primary File icon identifies the primary rendition. Select next to a rendition to display it in the viewer.

• To download the file currently displayed in the viewer, select Download in the document viewer toolbar.
