The two main navigation areas in CONNECT visualization are the navigation rail and the application bar.
The navigation rail is where you can browse data and create visualizations. For a more compact view, collapse the navigation rail.
The application bar is used to access search, the CONNECT visualization documentation, solution details, and your profile information. You can also switch solutions and sign out.
CONNECT visualization doesn't include a mobile app. You can access CONNECT visualization from a web browser and view existing visualizations, but creating and editing visualizations isn't supported on mobile browsers.
Important: Data is edited in CONNECT data services, not in CONNECT visualization. For more information, see the CONNECT data services documentation.
CONNECT data services Roles
The roles that an Account Administer sets up in CONNECT data services apply to CONNECT visualization.
For example, a user is assigned the Engineer role in CONNECT data services, which gives them access to Pump 1, Pump 2, and Pump 3, but not Pump 4. When the user logs in to CONNECT visualization, they have access to Pump 1, Pump 2, and Pump 3. They don't have access to Pump 4 because their role in CONNECT data services doesn't include access to it.
