To browse data sources, select Configure from the navigation rail, then select Data sources.
From the data sources page, you can perform actions including:
-
To delete a data source, select the three dot menu
for the data source, and then select Delete.
When a data source is deleted, all of its associated data, such as assets and streams, is removed from CONNECT visualization. The data source is still available in CONNECT data services.
-
Select a data source name to open that data source in CONNECT data services.
Recover a data source
If you delete a data source in CONNECT visualization, please note that the associated Content Name, Asset Name, and data source names are reserved and cannot be reused until a hard delete occurs. To recover lost data, you can request your CONNECT administrator to re-add the data source, initiating the restoration process through CONNECT data services. You have up to 30 days to restore your data; after this period, a hard delete will be triggered, and content and comments will be permanently lost.
