Access previous conversations

Industrial AI Assistant will retain a chat for 30 days. This means you can return to a previous conversation and continue asking questions from the point where you left off.

A current chat is saved as a conversation everytime you choose Start new chat from the Industrial AI Assistant menu.

To access your saved conversations, select History from the Industrial AI Assistant menu.

This will open the History tab.

History

The History tab includes a list of all saved conversations in chronological order. The name given to each is based on the last question asked.

The menu to the right of each conversation allows you to perform the following tasks:

• Open will return you to the selected conversation.

• Rename allows you to give a conversation a more meaningful name.

• Delete will remove the conversation from the History list.

Favorites

If there is a conversation that you return to regularly, you can select it as a favorite for easy access. To do this, click on the star icon to the left of a conversation.

Any conversation you flag in this way will then be available on the Favorites tab.

To remove a conversation from the list of favorites, click on the star icon again.
