Supported browsers
The following browsers are supported:
-
Desktop browsers:
-
Chrome: 132.0.x and later
-
Edge: 132.0.x and later
-
Safari: 18.0 and later
-
Firefox: 134.0.1 and later
-
-
Tablet browsers:
-
Safari 18.0 and later on iPad with Retina display (in landscape mode). In iPadOS 14 and later, Prevent Cross-Site Tracking must be disabled under Settings > Safari.
-
Edge 132.0.x and later on Surface. If you use CONNECT visualization on a touch screen with Microsoft Edge, be sure that the Microsoft Edge touch event setting is enabled.
-
To ensure full functionality and the best user experience, always run the latest stable version of the supported browser. Older versions may cause reduced performance and may not support certain CONNECT visualization features.
Cookies must be enabled.
Note: CONNECT visualization relies on WebAssembly (Wasm) and advanced features such as SIMD (Single Instruction, Multiple Data) to deliver high-performance visualization and analytics in the browser. While most modern browsers support baseline Wasm, SIMD is only available in recent releases and is critical for achieving performance and responsiveness in CONNECT visualization.
System requirements
Hardware from 2017 and later is supported. On older hardware, features such as experiences and the canvas visualization type may not work correctly. This applies to physical machines and VMs.
Smartphones
Smartphones are not supported, but mainstream, up-to-date mobile browsers on smartphones should typically work in most cases. Only the Home and Recently Viewed pages are available. Content can only be viewed; the designer is not available.
