Stretch Connectors using Endpoints

  • Last UpdatedApr 08, 2024
  • 1 minute read

The endpoints of connectors display as two types of grip point: circle endpoints and a line connected to a blue cross (vertex endpoint). The grip points can be used to stretch an endpoint in different ways.

Note:
The display of a stretched connector can be affected by the connector orthogonal mode, connection point routing and connection full generation on first / last vertex stretch settings on the status bar. Refer to Status Bar for further information

Stretching a circle endpoint results in the end of the connector being stretched to a new position.

Stretching a vertex endpoint results in the end of the connector being stretched out into a new point, creating a new vertex.

Vertex endpoint grips can be displayed using additional grips on the status bar. Refer to Status Bar for further information.
