Range Reservation

Each configuration is based on a class, attributes can be added based on the class selected for the configuration. Each configuration can have multiple rules, each rules or multiple conditions are composed together with an And/Or. These range configuration will apply to all the naming rules for the class where the naming rules uses the attribute in the configuration and has a counter. Child class will inherit the range configuration from the parent class.
