Create multiple CanHaveParts on Datasheet Import

This functionality is only available in TMS enabled projects and only applies to attributes outside the continuation area in the datasheet.

The functionality is identical to that described in Create CanHaveParts on Datasheet Import with the exception that multiple attributes can be added or modified.
