Paste Node

Pastes nodes from the clipboard to a specified position on the Setup Explorer.

For example:

• A copied symbol node can can be pasted onto the same or a different symbol palette node.

• A copied symbol palette node, containing all member symbols, can be pasted onto the same or a different drawing type node.

• A copied drawing border node can be pasted onto the same drawing border container node.

  Note:
  Copied nodes cannot be pasted onto a different container node type. For example, a symbol node cannot be pasted onto a connection point definition container node.

Click on a container node in the Setup Explorer and on the Drawing tab, in the Node group, click Paste.

Alternatively, right-click on a container node in the Setup Explorer and select Paste from the drop down list.

The copied node is pasted to the Setup Explorer as a member of the selected container node.
