Function:
Unlocks all locked Databases (DBs).
Note:
Locking and unlocking commands are not recorded in the transaction DB.
Examples:

UNLOCK Unlocks all locked DBs. |
In a Global Project, the System administrator at the Hub or at a Satellite’s administering Location can unlock a Project at the Satellite:

UNLOCK AT LON Unlocks all locked DBs at Location LON. |
