Users Not Authorised or Missing Claims

After AVEVA Information Standards Manager is installed and the authentication method has been configured, some users may find that they are not authorised to use the product even though they are able to authenticate successfully. This may be caused by the STS not being correctly configured. Users will not be authorised unless all the required claims listed in the above section are given a value.
Note: Microsoft ADFS does not provide claims with empty values. A message is logged in the Application section of the Windows Event Log with details on the missing claims.
