Configure Permissible Grid Reports

This section describes how to configure and export a Permissible Grid report output from AVEVA Information Standards Manager.
A Permissible Grid forms a matrix of Classes (vertically) and Attributes (horizontally), with the intersection providing characteristics of their associations. The following is a sample screenshot of the output in Microsoft Excel format:

The Permissible Grid report can be configured in two ways:

Via the user interface

Via XML
The most common permissible grid report configuration options are available in the user interface. For a broader range of configuration options XML can be used.
