Use Search

Searching through the application is easy. Select the required filter criteria and run a search.

The search capability provides:

• Filter Criteria

  • Concept filter: Select this to select an entity type. The available options are Class Library root, Functional Class, Physical Class, Document Class, General Class, Attribute Class, Taxonomies, Units of Measure, Naming and Numbering, Life Cycle, Lookup Lists, Extension Schemas and Configurations. If the check box is cleared, all the entity types are selected.

  • Modification filter: Select this to select an entity type. The available options are Added, Deleted, Modified, Modified Ancestor and Modified Descendant. If the check box is cleared, all the entity types are selected.

  • Validation filter: Select this to select an entity type. The available options are Errors, Warnings, Suggestions, Hints, Descendant Errors, Descendant Warnings, Descendant Suggestions and Descendant Hints. If the check box is cleared, all the entity types are selected.

  • Extensions filter: Select this to select an entity type. The available options are Naming Conventions, Policy Rules and other third-party or plug-in validators. If the check box is cleared, all the entity types are selected.

  • Other filters: Select this to select an entity type. The only available option is Translations. If the check box is cleared, all the entity types are selected.
