View Standards Details

To navigate through the metadata of the currently selected Standard:

1. In the Details tab, view the required information:

   1. The unique identification for the Standard. This supports alphanumeric characters, and does not auto-increment.

   2. The Name in this is an optional field. If left blank, ID is displayed instead of Name in the user interface. This field accepts alphanumeric characters. This field is editable.

   3. The description of what the Standard contains. This field is editable.

2. Select the Abstract check box if the currently selected Standard only contains abstract Classes.

3. The Version field is read-only and displays the current version number. It auto-populates with the next four-digit version number when you check out the Standard again.

4. The Version Date (UTC) registers the date of change. This field is read-only.

5. The Locked for editing by field displays the user who has currently locked the Standard for editing.

6. The Sort Order field displays the order in which the Standard is sorted within a folder or composition.
