Catalogue Folder Options

Right-click a root folder or a parent folder to perform the following actions:

• Adding a Sub Folder

• Importing from File

• Creating a Standard

• Permissions for Descendants

  Delete
  Note: Folders provided as part of the standard installation of AVEVA Information Standards Manager cannot be deleted.

• Root or Parent Folder Properties

Right-click a Standard contained within a parent folder to performing the following actions:

• Remove from Folder: To remove the Standard from the current folder, select this. The removed Standard is then placed in the Undesignated folder until it is deleted manually. Only a user with the Administrator role has the privileges to delete a Standard.

• Standard Properties
