Understand the AVEVA Unified Learning user menu

The following figure highlights the user menu that is located on the top-right corner in all AVEVA Unified Learning accounts and is available to all roles:

• Search () — Select this icon to search for a course. The search results display the course's description, minimum score required for completion, and approximate length.

• Toggle notifications menu () — Select this icon to view your notifications in a recent list or in the Notifications page. See Manage your AVEVA Unified Learning notifications for more information on how to manage your notifications.

• Reports () — Select this icon to display a submenu where you can then open one of the following reports:

  • Activity report

  • Completion report

• Help () — Select this icon to open the AVEVA Unified Learning Help documentation in a new browser tab. The AVEVA Unified Learning Help documentation is hosted in the AVEVA Documentation portal (https://docs.aveva.com/bundle/unified-learning).

• User menu () — Select this icon to view your profile settings, open the Preferences page, or sign out of your account.
