View a Trainee's progress

You can view the progress for all Trainees in your user group by a course and its activities. As an Instructor, you can only see progress for Trainees in your user groups.

1. In the Instructor dashboard, locate the course under its user group and curriculum display:

   • Each course displays the number of assigned Instructors and Trainees.

   • Under the Trainee completion column, each course's progress bar displays a percentage status of how many course activities are complete, in-progress, and not started.

     

2. Select the course in the Course name column, or under the Reports column, select the course entry's More () icon, and then select Course completion report.

   The Course completion page appears and displays the following information:

   • The combined Trainees' overall course completion status bar.

   • Each Trainee's course completion status bar.

   • Each Trainee's completion status for each activity in the course.
