View course certificates and provide course feedback

You can view your awarded course certificates in My learning from either the key metrics section or the curriculum display. You can also provide course feedback.

View a course certificate from the key metrics section

1. Select Course certificates.

   

   The My certificates page appears.

   

2. Locate the name of the course, and then select Download () under the File column.

   Your certificate displays in the same tab.

   

3. (Optional) Download your certificate onto your computer.

View a course certificate from the curriculum display

4. In the curriculum set, locate the completed course tile, and then select View certificate.

   The completed course tile is shaded, displays a 100% progress completion, and allows you to view the certificate.

5. (Optional) Download your certificate onto your computer.

Provide optional course feedback

6. On the completed course tile, select Review Course.

   The course's main page appears.

7. Scroll down to the Course Feedback section, and then select Click to Complete the Survey.

   A survey page appears.

   

8. Complete the course survey.

   The platform saves your feedback, and Administrators can view the feedback.
