Schedule an Instructor-led OTS training session with multiple Trainees

You can schedule an Instructor-led Operator Training Simulator (OTS) training session for multiple Trainees ahead of time. In a course's Schedule training page, you can make the following selections:

• Select an OTS training session activity.

• Assign Trainees to the OTS training session.

• Select the OTS training session's time zone, region, dates, and times.

In addition, you have the option to make the following updates and additions to the training session:

• Update the session's default title.

• Add a session description.

• Assign up to two additional Instructors to allow them to control the simulation and run the scenarios.

• Assign applinks or a node to each assigned Trainee.
