Delete an upcoming Instructor-led OTS training session

Administrators can delete an upcoming Instructor-led Operator Training Simulator (OTS) training session.

Delete an upcoming Instructor-led OTS training session

1. In your AVEVA Unified Learning Administrator account, select the Instructor dashboard.

   

2. If the OTS training session's link appears in Upcoming events, select that link.

   The course's Training schedule page appears and displays its scheduled sessions.

   

3. If the OTS training session's link does not appear in Upcoming events, do the following:

   1. In Upcoming events, select Schedule ().

      The Upcoming events page appears.

      

   2. Locate the OTS training session that you want to delete, and then select Go to activity on the bottom-right of its entry.

      The course's Training schedule page appears.

      

4. In the OTS training session's entry, under the Edit column, select Delete ().

   A Confirm page appears.

   

5. Select Continue.

   The platform deletes the OTS training session from the course's Training schedule page.
