Add existing CONNECT users to additional CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning groups

Administrators can add an exisiting CONNECT user to an additional CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning group (Administrators, Instructors, and Trainees). If a user is added to multiple CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning groups, they are then assigned the highest privilege role in the AVEVA Unified Learning platform.
Add an existing CONNECT user to a CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning group

In the CONNECT landing page, select User management, and then select Groups.

The Groups page appears.

Select the CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning group that you would like to add the user to:

AUL-Admins (Administrator)

AUL-Instructors (Instructor)

AUL-Trainees (Trainee)
The selected group's page appears.

Select Add users.

The Add users pane opens on the right-side of the page.

In the Users box, enter the email address of the user.

(Optional) Enter additional email addresses in the Users box to bulk-add users to the group.

Select Save.
CONNECT assigns the CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning group to the user.
