Add existing CONNECT users to additional CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning groups

Administrators can add an exisiting CONNECT user to an additional CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning group (Administrators, Instructors, and Trainees). If a user is added to multiple CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning groups, they are then assigned the highest privilege role in the AVEVA Unified Learning platform.

Add an existing CONNECT user to a CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning group

  1. In the CONNECT landing page, select User management, and then select Groups.

    In the CONNECT landing page, select User management, and then select Groups.

    The Groups page appears.

  2. Select the CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning group that you would like to add the user to:

    • AUL-Admins (Administrator)

    • AUL-Instructors (Instructor)

    • AUL-Trainees (Trainee)

      The selected group's page appears.

  3. Select Add users.

  4. The Add users pane opens on the right-side of the page.

  5. In the Users box, enter the email address of the user.

  6. (Optional) Enter additional email addresses in the Users box to bulk-add users to the group.

  7. Select Save.

    CONNECT assigns the CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning group to the user.
