Welcome to AVEVA Unified Learning 2025.3, the new release of our integrated scalable solution for experiential training.

If you are using AVEVA Unified Learning 2025.3, you are helping us to make this a better product. Introduction to AVEVA Unified Learning

AVEVA Unified Learning unifies experiential training tools in a comprehensive learning framework designed to build and maintain competence, improve worker performance, and drive behavior change across industrial organizations. It comprises applications for the delivery of custom and generic training programs, as well as on-the-job performance support tools.

AVEVA Unified Learning transforms organizational performance and combines the flexibility of cloud deployment and subscription-based pricing to support an enterprise-wide multi-site continuous learning organization. AVEVA Unified Learning combines E-Learning, simulation, extended reality, learning management system, and microlearning as part of a standardized yet customizable framework so you get consistent results in performance while adapting to stay relevant and engage your workforce.

You can deploy the entire AVEVA Unified Learning framework on the cloud, making learning accessible all the time, everywhere, and eliminating the need to pull someone from their job to attend training. AVEVA Unified Learning works with you to establish building blocks of learning that take industrial workers from novice to expert while providing continuous change enablement and competency improvement for experienced, continuing experts.

AVEVA Unified Learning is fully customizable. While each component can be deployed as a standalone option, integration maximizes results and your return on investment.

  • Close the competency gap by capturing knowledge from the retiring workforce and transferring it to the new generation, all while minimizing the amount of resources needed to implement training.

  • Eliminate inconsistencies in performance due to divergent practices by standardizing training and processes that support operational excellence efforts.

The AVEVA Unified Learning framework supports several components:

  • Learn

    • Provides required knowledge through targeted training material.

    • Uses E-Learning and videos to capture all of the information that an Instructor would typically cover in a classroom-based setting.

    • Includes what-if scenarios that use branching to demonstrate cause and effect.

      The Learn component fits into the worker’s schedule, increasing productivity and cutting down on instruction time and cost.

  • Practice

    • Provides the ability to learn in a safe and controlled environment that mimics real life.

    • Uses AVEVA Operator Training Simulator (OTS) to replicate the process dynamics and control configuration, and the digital twin to replicate the physical assets in a 3D environment.

    • Uses OTS and AVEVA Extended Reality (XR) to create training scenarios that support concepts covered in the Learn stage.

      The Practice component can increase retention by up to seven times.

  • Assess

    • Ensures workers are competent with built-in assessments that are integrated directly into the E-Learning, OTS, and XR for training activities.

    • Integrates with a learning management system (LMS) to be able to manage and track utilization and completion.

      The Assess component centralizes training deployment and simplifies processes.

  • Reinforce

    • Sustains competence and results with short and frequent reinforcement training sessions and job aids.

    • Drives behavior and culture change by ingraining safe practices to ensure workers instinctively know all the crucial information when they most need it.

      The Reinforce component enables continuous learning to ensure critical behaviors stick.
