View the Administrator User report

Administrators can view a User report that lists all of the Instructors, Trainees, and Administrators in AVEVA Unified Learning.

View the Administrator User report

1. In the Administrator dashboard, select Total users.

   The User report page appears.

   

   You can view the following information for each user in AVEVA Unified Learning:

   • First name

     The first name of the user that displays in AVEVA Unified Learning.

   • Last name

   • The last name of the user that displays in AVEVA Unified Learning.

   • Email

     The user's email address.

   • Role

     The role the user is assigned to (Instructor, Trainee, or Administrator).

   • User Groups

     Select the count to view which User Groups the user is assigned to.

   • Curriculums

     Select the count to view which curriculums the user is assigned to.

   • Last Access

     This column displays the the last time the user signed into AVEVA Unified Learning.

     

2. (Optional) Add filter conditions to change the User report list display, and then select Apply filters.

   The report updates to include only users based on your filter selections.
