Update an Instructor-led OTS training session that has not started

In a course's Training schedule page, you can make changes to a pre-scheduled Operator Training Simulator (OTS) training session that has not started by selecting the applicable icon under the Edit column:

Change Owner (
) — Transfer the ownership of an OTS training session to one of the assigned additional
Instructors. The owner is the only person who can start the session.

Edit training session (
) — Make changes to the OTS training session.

Delete (
) — Delete the OTS training session from the platform.
Important: After an OTS training session starts, you cannot update its assigned properties.
Change the OTS training session owner

In the OTS training session entry, select Change Owner (
).
Change Owner (
) is only available if you assigned additional Instructors to the OTS training session.
A Change Owner dialog appears.

In the Instructors list, select the Instructor name that you want to assign as the new OTS training session owner.

Select Save.
In the Training schedule page, the OTS training session now displays next to the assigned Instructor name.
If applicable, the Personal Instructor Workspace (PIW) of the new owner also replaces the PIW of the previous owner.
Update an OTS training session's set up

In the OTS training session entry, select Edit training session (
).
The session's Schedule training page appears.

Make changes to the OTS training session as you require.

Delete an OTS training session

In the OTS training session entry, select Delete (
).
A Confirm page appears.

Select Continue.
The platform deletes the OTS training session from the course's Training schedule page.
