Understand the CONNECT Credit transaction report resource codes

The CONNECT Credit transactions report displays all of the credit transactions recorded during a selected time period.

For AVEVA Unified Learning, if your credit agreement for your customer account was made after the resource code implementation on October 4, 2024, the CONNECT Credit transaction reports display pre-defined resource codes which provide more detail about each activity's AVEVA Flex usage. For AVEVA Flex ID FLEX-OTS-142, each resource code represents a Operations Excellence Group (OEG) or a Pipeline Competency Training (PCT) course. For custom content that uses other AVEVA Flex IDs, you can make this functionality available if the course requires additional usage resolution.

If the credit agreement for your customer account was made before the resource code implementation date, the resource codes do not display in your CONNECT Credit transaction reports.

The following table lists the OEG and PCT course content that is associated with the resource codes. You can refer to this table to check which course each of these resource codes represent in your CONNECT Credit transaction reports.
