Administrators can transfer the ownership of an Instructor-led Operator Training Simulator (OTS) training session that has not started to one of its assigned Instructors. If you want to transfer the ownership to an Instructor that is not assigned to the session, you must first assign that Instructor to the session. See Add or remove Instructors from an upcoming Instructor-led OTS training session for more information.
The platform recognizes the current owner of an OTS training session for auditing purposes. The owner is the only person who can start the session.
The OTS training session owner is the only person who can update the session's entire schedule from their AVEVA Unified Learning Instructor account. See Update an upcoming Instructor-led OTS training session from Upcoming events for more information.

A Change Owner dialog appears.
