Update an upcoming Instructor-led OTS training session from Upcoming events

In the Instructor dashboard, the Upcoming events section displays the Operator Training Simulator (OTS) sessions that are scheduled in the next three calendar weeks. In Upcoming events, you can update a session that is scheduled within this time or further in the future.

Important: After an OTS session starts, you cannot update its assigned properties.

Update an OTS training session pre-scheduled within the next three calendar weeks

  1. In Upcoming events, select the session link.

    The course's Training schedule page (also known as the Instructor lobby) appears.

  2. In the session's entry, update the session by selecting the applicable icon under the Edit column.

    Once the scheduled time is reached, the course's Training schedule page updates accordingly.

Update an OTS training session pre-scheduled outside three calendar weeks

  1. In Upcoming events, select Schedule (Embedded Image (65% Scaling) (LIVE)).

    The Upcoming events page appears.

    In Upcoming events, select the Schedule icon.

  2. Select Upcoming events, and then select Month.

    The Upcoming events page display changes to a monthly-calendar.

  3. Select the session in the calendar that you want to update.

    A dialog appears and displays the session's information.

    In the session calendar dialog, select Go to activity.

  4. Select Go to activity.

    The course's Training schedule page (also known as the Instructor lobby) appears.

  5. In the session's entry, select the applicable icon under the Edit column.

    After the scheduled time is reached, the course's Training schedule page updates accordingly.
