Import a Custom Evaluation Fields template into the platform

After you fill out or update your Custom Evaluation Fields template (see Fill out or update a Custom Evaluation Fields template for more information), you can import your template into the platform.
Import the Custom Evaluation Fields template into the platform

In the Administrator dashboard, in the Evaluation options for Instructor-led sessions section, move the Use Custom Fields slider to the right.
The Custom Evaluation Fields section appears below the Evaluation options for Instructor-led sessions section.

Select Import Fields.
The Import Fields page appears.

In the Upload section, drag your Custom Evaluation Fields template onto the Import Fields page area that displays the message .
You can also select Choose a file, and then select your Custom Evaluation Fields template.

Select Upload.
The Import Preview page appears and shows the custom scoring evaluations based on the Custom Evaluation Fields template.

A cell that contains an invalid text string displays . If there is an invalid value, you cannot successfully import the template. In the following figure, there is invalid text in the Custom Score ID 6 row, Text/List column, and it will result in an import failure.

If you updated any of the column header names, an error message appears and you cannot upload the template.

In the Import Preview page, if the Custom Evaluation Fields template contains no invalid content, do the following:

Select Import Fields.
The Import Results page appears and displays the number of fields the platform adds and updates from the template.

In the Import Results page, select Continue.
Your AVEVA Unified Learning account home page appears.
The following updates occur in the platform:

The platform overwrites the previous custom set of scoring evaluations in the Instructor-Led OTS training session Final Scores page with the set from your Custom Evaluation Fields template.

The custom scoring evaluations appear in the Activity report.

The Custom Evaluation Fields section updates to display your custom score names and records your saved template entry under the button row.

The Custom Scoring Evaluation page updates to display your custom scoring evaluations.

If the template contains invalid text or you updated the column headers, do the following:

In the Import Preview page, select Continue.
The Import Fields page appears.

Update your Custom Evaluation Fields template in Excel to correct the invalid content:

Do not make changes to the column header names.

Save the template only as a .csv Comma delimited file.

Repeat steps 3 through 5 to import the template into the platform.
