Continue a scheduled Instructor-led Operator Training Simulator training session with multiple Trainees

If you left a pre-scheduled Instructor-led Operator Training Simulator (OTS) training session to continue it at a later date (see Leave a pre-scheduled Instructor-led Operator Training Simulator training session with multiple Trainees for more information), the following procedure shows how to continue that session.

Important: To continue a session that you left, you must first reschedule it (see Schedule an Instructor-led OTS training session with multiple Trainees for more information).

Continue an Instructor-led OTS training session

1. In the Instructor dashboard, in the Upcoming events section, select the session that you want to continue.

   The Training schedule page (also known as the Instructor lobby) appears.

   When the session meets its scheduled start time, it displays a running status.

   

2. Select Open Simulation in a new tab.

   The session opens in a new tab on your browser.

3. Select Click here to view your session.

   A Start exercise dialog appears with a message Would you like to continue your previous session?

   

4. Select Yes.

   The session starts from the saved snapshot of the previous state of the training scenario.

5. (Optional) To start the session from the beginning, on the Start exercise dialog, select No, delete the previous session.
