AVEVA Unified Learning is made up of three main roles: Trainee, Instructor, and Administrator.

Trainee — Trainees can perform the following tasks:

Instructor — Instructors can perform all of the tasks in the Trainee role, as well as the following:

Connect to and run a Trainee's Operator Training Simulator session

Schedule an Instructor-led OTS training session with multiple Trainees

Connect to and run a pre-scheduled Instructor-led OTS training session with multiple Trainees

Grade pre-scheduled Operator Training Simulator training sessions

Interact with a Trainee's active Operator Training Simulator training session

Connect to a Trainee's Extended Reality session in the OTS Instructor dashboard

Administrator — Administrators can perform all of the tasks in the Instructor and Trainee roles, as well as the following:

Add existing CONNECT users to additional CONNECT-based AVEVA Unified Learning groups

Update an upcoming Instructor-led OTS training session as an Administrator

Customize the Instructor-led OTS training session evaluations

Update a custom course's primary Operator Training Simulator

Understand the CONNECT Credit transaction report resource codes
