Apply one or more filters to the Activity report

By default, the Activity report lists all of the activities attempted by the Trainees. However, you can apply one or more filters to the Activity report to display a specific list.

You can apply the following filters to the Activity report:

  • Keyword

    A text box appears where you can filter the Activity report based on entering one or more specific information that is related to the following columns:

    • First name / Last name

    • Course name

    • Activity name

      Enter a word into the new box, and then press Enter to save that word as a keyword. You can repeat this step to add more keywords to to use as a filter.

  • Activity Type

    A list appears where you can filter the Activity report based on a specific activity type.

  • Trainees

    A list appears where you can filter the Activity report based on a specific Trainee name. This filter is only available to Instructor and Administrator accounts.

  • Instructors

    A list appears where you can filter the Activity report based on a specific Instructor name.

  • Course name

    A list appears where you can filter the Activity report based on a specific course name.

  • Activity Name

    A list appears where you can filter the Activity report based on a specific activity name.

  • Session Title

    A list appears where you can filter the Activity report based on a specific session title.

  • All activities from

    A Choose Start Date button appears. Select this button to select a date and filter the Activity report to only show completed activities that start from that date.

  • All activities before

    A Choose End Date button appears. Select this button to select a date and filter the Activity report to only show activities completed before that date.

Apply one or more filters to the Activity report

  1. In the Select list, select a filter.

    A text box, list, or button appears based on your filter selection.

    In the Activity report, select a filter type.

  2. In the new text box, list, or button, enter or select what you want to display in the Activity report list.

  3. (Optional) To add another filter condition to the list:

    1. Select Add condition.

      A new Select list appears.

    2. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to create another filter.

  4. Select Apply filters.

    The Activity report list refreshes based on your filter selections.

    The platform also applies your filters to the Activity report when you download it onto your computer.

  5. (Optional) Select Clear filters to remove the filters from the Activity report list.
