Change the default Instructor-led OTS training session evaluations

By default, Instructors grade Instructor-led Operator Training Simulator (OTS) training sessions with the following scoring evaluations in the Final scores page:

• Session Score — Enter a collective overall grade for all the Trainees in the OTS training session.

• Session Comment — Enter a collective comment for all the Trainees in the OTS training session.

• Individual Score — Enter a grade for each Trainee that participated in the OTS training session.

• Individual Comment — Enter a comment for each Trainee that participated in the OTS training session.

Administrators can adjust these individual scoring evaluations in the Administrator dashboard to make them available or unavailable in the OTS training session's Final Scores page. A default scoring evaluation that you set to unavailable also appears without any Instructor entries in the Activity report.

Modify the default individual Instructor-led OTS training session evaluations

1. In the Administrator dashboard, scroll down to the Evaluation options for Instructor-led sessions section.

   

2. Under the Actions column, set the default individual scoring evaluation sliders left or right to make them available or unavailable.

   The Use Custom Fields slider is to import a custom set of session scoring evaluations that are different from the default set. See Create a custom set of Instructor-led OTS training session evaluations for more information.

   These changes display in the OTS training sessions' Final Scores page. A default scoring evaluation that you set to unavailable appears without any Instructor entries in the Activity report.
