Response lists

Response lists are groups of responses that are available when mobile application users complete a task with a list data type. During rounds, a user may choose one of the pre-defined responses and record it as the value for a task. Examples of response list options are "Low/Med/High" or "On/Off".

Create or edit a response list

1. Select Browse from the navigation rail, then select Response List.

2. Select the Add button to create a new response list.

   If editing a response list, select the checkbox for a response list, then select the Edit icon.

3. Complete the following fields:

   • Name – Enter a user-friendly name for the response list.

   • Description – (Optional) Enter a short description for the response list.

4. Select Add item to add a response item.

   • For each item, enter an item value.

5. Add additional items to represent all available responses for a task.

6. For the Path

   • Enter a Path to map the response list as a child of another response list, or

   • Leave the field blank to map it as the root response list.

7. Select Save.
