Response lists

Response lists are groups of responses that are available when mobile application users complete a task with a list data type. During rounds, a user may choose one of the pre-defined responses and record it as the value for a task. Examples of response list options are "Low/Med/High" or "On/Off".

Create or edit a response list

Select Browse from the navigation rail, then select Response List.

Select the Add button to create a new response list.
If editing a response list, select the checkbox for a response list, then select the Edit icon.

Complete the following fields:

Name – Enter a user-friendly name for the response list.

Description – (Optional) Enter a short description for the response list.

Select Add item to add a response item.
-
For each item, enter an item value.

Add additional items to represent all available responses for a task.

For the Path
-
Enter a Path to map the response list as a child of another response list, or

Leave the field blank to map it as the root response list.

Select Save.
