Create status lists and response lists

Status lists and response lists are key components of procedure creation.

Status lists indicate the status of the assets. These assets are typically equipment. Based on user selection, task groups associated to the equipment may be enabled or disabled.

Response lists are groups of options for a task with a list data type. During rounds, a user chooses one of the pre-defined responses and records it as the value for a task.

Note: Status lists and response lists cannot be deleted.
