Workflow: Create procedures, task groups, and tasks for operator use

Create procedures to provide guidelines for mobile operators to gather data. You will use or refer to your status lists and response lists while creating your procedures.

1. First, create a new procedure. During procedure creation, you will assign it to a specific asset.

2. Next, define your task groups.

3. After creating a task group, you must add at least one task. Create the individual tasks that operators will execute to collect the necessary data.

4. To allow the procedure to be available for execution by operators, set the procedure status to Released. See Edit a procedure for more information.
