The Resolve Language drop-down list specifies the language in which the export class library content is published.
The availability and behavior of the Resolve Language option depends on the selected Export as option and the state of the Include Language Translations checkbox.
AVEVA ISM Standard XML Class Library Format
For the AVEVA ISM Standard XML Class Library Format option, the Resolve Language drop-down is controlled by the Include Language Translations checkbox.

When Include Language Translations is selected, the published class library exports ISM objects (such as classes and attributes) with data in all languages configured for the class library. In this case, the Resolve Language drop-down list is disabled.

When Include Language Translations is not selected, the Resolve Language drop-down list is enabled and allows you to select a single language from the languages configured for the class library. If no language is selected, the default language is used.
AVEVA ISM Standard Class Library Format for AIM A/CONNECT Data Services (CDS)
For the AVEVA ISM Standard Class Library Format for AIM A/CDS. option, the Resolve Language drop-down list is available and allows you to select a language from the languages configured for the class library. The selected language determines the language used when publishing the class library.
