Update a custom Operator Training Simulator exercise

Administrators can update a custom Operator Training Simulator (OTS) exercise's configuration.

Update a custom OTS exercise

1. Navigate to the custom OTS course's Custom OTS Exercises section.

   See Access custom Operator Training Simulator exercises for more information.

2. On the right-side of the custom OTS exercise's entry, select Edit.

   A submenu opens.

3. Select Update.

   The custom OTS exercise's Exercise Settings page opens.

4. Make changes to the custom OTS exercise, as you require.

   See Create a custom Operator Training Simulator exercise for information about the required and optional entries to configure custom OTS exercises.

5. Select Save changes.

   The Project Updated page opens to confirm your saved changes.

   

6. Select Continue.

   You are directed to a page where you can do the following:

   • Select open simulation in a new tab to open the custom OTS exercise in a new browser tab where you can check the configuration.

   • Select Return to course to return to the custom OTS course's main page. The learning platform updates the exercise's description with your changes.
