Trainee session username locations

In Instructor or Administrator accounts, the Trainee session username appears in the following locations.

Instructor-led Operator Training Simulator (OTS) activities

• After an Instructor starts a training session on the Training schedule page, the learning platform displays the username on an applink if both of the following conditions are met:

  • The Trainee has updated their username.

  • The Trainee signs into their account, starts the session, and selects an applink.

    

• In the Final Scores page, the Trainee's username appears when an Instructor grades their Instructor-led OTS training session.

  

• In Activity reports, the username appears in the Instructor-led OTS activity entry under the First name / Last name column (see View the Activity report for more information).

  

Instructor-less activities

• When a Trainee is participating in an activity, their username appears in the Active OTS session entry under the First name / Last name column.

  

• When a Trainee is participating in an activity, their username appears in that activity's main page under the First / Last name column.

  

• In Activity reports, the username appears in the Instructor-less activity entry under the First name / Last name column (for more information, see View the Activity report).

  

• In the Trainee Performance Monitoring (TPM) Session Summary Report, the username appears in the title.
