Support Information

The Support Information dialog displays basic information about your computer's operating system, your installation and license, and your project settings. If you need to contact Customer Support, have this information ready to answer their questions.

To open the dialog, select Support on Information section of the Help tab of the ribbon:

Copy: Use this button to copy the information to the clipboard. You can then paste the information into another file or text field, such as the body of an email message.

Save to File: Use this button to open a standard Save As dialog and save the information to a text file.

Note: When using AVEVA Enterprise Licensing, the Thin Clients information in the License section shows the number of thin client licenses in use instead of showing the number of thin client licenses available.
