The Mobile Access web server add-on for CGI connects your project runtime server with any web server that supports the Common Gateway Interface (CGI), as long as they are both running on the same computer.

Note: The Mobile Access web server add-on for CGI can be installed on most distributions of Linux, but if your target device runs Linux, you probably want to install the platform-agnostic IoT View software, which includes its own version of this add-on. For more information, see IoT View.
