The WonderBreading Company produces several products used in the preparation of gourmet dishes at home. The flagship product is a breading mix used to cover chicken before it is fried or baked. The product has been in the market for 20 years and is a favorite in many countries because of its unique flavor.

The corporate offices are located in Lake Forest California and the R&D group is located in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. The R&D team is in charge of defining any modifications to the recipes that are used in all plants around the world.

The production of the breading mix is driven from the corporate offices based on the national demand and plants’ availability and capacity.

The workflow followed by any plant to produce WonderBreading includes production scheduling, monitoring the process, comparing recipes, and generating reports.
